I have difficult in vocabulary

I have difficult with vocabulary get not memorize the words, always forget.  Does anyone know one tool who can help me?

    Lucas,
    I have two suggestion to improve your english:
    - Listen to music. You can choice a kind of music that you like.
    - Watch serial like Friend´s, Doctor House, CSI.
